Two charged for sexual abuse of children in Holts Summit

Two people were arrested in Callaway County Wednesday for sexual abuse of children.

26-year-old Tenessa Wolfe and 38-year-old Michael Kreps of Holts Summit are accused of sexual abuse of children between 2011 and now.

Callaway County deputies along with Holts Summit Police, Rolla Police, and the Boone County Cyber Crimes Task Force were investigating the pair, and identified three separate victims.

In September 2014, investigators searched Kreps’ mobile home at 879 South Summit Drive Lot #6.

Investigators took and noted evidence, including digital storage devices and adult sex toys.

Upon analyzing the digital devices, investigators found more than 20 photos of two children in sexual contact with Kreps and Wolfe. One of the children appeared to be between the age of 5 and 8 years old.

The photos suggest there were multiple instances where sexual contact was made with these children.

A third child told investigators she lived with Kreps between the ages of 5 and 8 years old.

The girl said during that time, Kreps raped her and took nude photos of her.

The girl said she received a text message from Kreps in 2013 or 2014 telling her to open a link in the message that would take her to a pornographic website called youporn.com. The website took her to a video of herself and Kreps having sexual contact.

Kreps warned her to not report the video to anyone, and she did not.

Investigators determined the website still exists and allows users to upload pornographic videos that may be shared with other viewers.

The victims’ families have been notified of the abuse.

Deputies urge anyone with information about children who may have been in the care of Kreps or Wolfe should report it to the Callaway County Sheriff’s Department.

Kreps was arrested for 8 counts of statutory sodomy, 3 counts of child molestation, 2 counts of sexual exploitation of a child, one count of statutory rape, one count of promoting child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography, and one count of tampering with a victim. Kreps is being held without bond.

Kreps has previous charges for burglary, stealing, fraud, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wolfe was arrested for 14 counts of statutory sodomy, two counts of child molestation, and two counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Wolfe is being held without bond in the Callaway County Jail.
