DWI checkpoint planned in Boone County

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is planning a May DWI checkpoint in Boone Co.

Highway Patrol hasn’t named a specific location for the checkpoint, but said it conducts the checkpoints at places where alcohol-related incidents are higher.

MSHP said if you suspect someone is driving while impaired, call the Highway Patrol at 1-800-525-5555.
