Alleged Columbia website hacker arrested in Arizona

A 20-year-old Arizona man was arrested after he allegedly hacked into Arizona government agency websites.

Deputy City Manager Tony St. Romaine said Randall Tucker, also known as Bitcoin Baron, claimed responsibility for the DDOS attack on the City of Columbia website on December 25.

According to ABC 15 in Phoenix, police searched his home after a 6 month investigation.

Investigators requested Tucker be held without bond because he’s currently out on release pending a Monday sentencing for the assault of his father.
