Sam’s Club to bring 170 jobs to Capital City

More than 100 jobs are coming to the Capital City later this summer.

The Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce and Sam’s Club is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony at its Hiring and Membership Center Tuesday.

The company plans to hire 170 new employees for the center that is slated to open late this summer at 849 Stoneridge Blvd.

The hiring center at 1406 Missouri Blvd. will be open Monday- Saturday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Those interested can also apply online anytime at samsclub.com.
