Tracking a perfect night for fireworks and mid-week storms

Tonight: Skies look to be mostly clear with temperatures slowly cooling down to a low of 68 degrees. Winds remain calm out of the southeast at 5-10 mph.

Tomorrow: Most of the Midwest remains under the influence of a high-pressure system leading to more clear sky conditions and for a warm-up to 90 degrees. Winds shift to the southwest fueling a warm and humid day.

Extended: Tuesday's conditions will be similar to Monday's with the exception of the high peaking out at 92. Wednesday during the early afternoon hours, a cold front pushes in from the northwest bringing with it increased chances of rain and storms. As the cold front exits to the south of Central Missouri, temperatures will cool down for Thursday allowing for mostly clear sky conditions and highs n the mid-'80s. As we head into next weekend, another low-pressure system looks to be making its way towards the Midwest leading to increased chance of showers and storms.
