Man in jail after stealing $25,000 of computer equipment

A Columbia man is in the Boone County Jail after police said he stole $25,000 worth of computer equipment.

Michael Meyer stole the equipment from his job at Veteran’s Home Loans in the 1600 block of Chapel Hill Road.

Meyer was arrested last night for felony stealing with a bond that has not yet been set.
