Charges likely after Columbia crash
A busy road shutdown in east Columbia Thursday night.
Both sides of St. Charles Road closed after a wreck was reported on the I-70 overpass around 9:10 p.m.
Traffic reopened less than an hour later.
Investigators say one of the drivers ran a red light while someone was making a turn.
Two people were taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. A third person was treated at the scene.
Officers say charges are likely for the driver who ran the red light and they think alcohol may have been involved.
