Columbia man charged with rape of 10-year-old girl
A Columbia man was arrested Thursday night for apparently having sex with a 10-year-old girl.
35-year-old Ray Juniel was arrested after detectives discovered the sexual relationship has been going on since June 2011.
Juniel is charged with first degree statutory rape and first degree statutory sodomy.
According to court documents, the victim told investigators it happened while she was living with Juniel in the 600 block of Spencer Avenue.
