Moniteau Co. man accused of killing son-in-law appears in court
A Moniteau County man accused of killing his son-in-law appeared in court Tuesday for a case review.
Donald Bateman is the suspect in the death of 43-year-old Antoine Johnson in California on September 3.
Both Johnson and Bateman lived at the home and the shooting was the result of an argument. Bateman and Johnson had been working on a water heater when they began fighting.
