MU women’s basketball dominates season opener 89-52

Saturday the Missouri Women’s basketball team dominated Western Illinois 89-52 in their season opener.

Senior guard Morgan Eye led the team with 21 points, going 7-for-9 on three pointers.

Junior college transfer Juanita Robinson added 13 points in her Mizzou debut, also recording two rebounds and four assists.

The Tigers defense dominated in the second half holding the Leathernecks to a impressive 1-for-20 shooting performance in the first 15 minutes.

Missouri plays SEMO Monday November 17th at 7 p.m.
