Pettis County man gets 5 years in prison for child molestation

A Pettis County man was sentenced to 5 years in prison Wednesday for molesting a 7-year-old girl.

59-year-old Larry Sisco of Sweet Springs was convicted of first degree child molestation in September.

Prosecutors said the incident happened in Pettis County in July 2013.

Sisco will be held in the Missouri Department of Corrections and will have to register as a sex offender.
