Owner of Eldon business federally indicted for marijuana

An Eldon business owner was federally indicted Thursday for having marijuana and attempting to sell it.

52-year-old Earl Witt, owner of U Wrench It, was charged with possession of marijuana he intended to distribute on July 26.

The case is being prosecuted by a special assistant U.S. attorney and was investigated by Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force.
