Police search Eldon smoke shop again

The Eldon Police Department searched a smoke shop for the second time in less than a month Thursday.

Police again had a warrant against the Eldon Puff & Snuff for continuing to sell imitation drugs, including synthetic marijuana. More of those drugs were seized, and two people were arrested pending charges.

Three employees were charged on July 22 for selling imitation drugs as well as drug paraphernalia.

The Miller County Prosecutor filed a lawsuit against the smoke shop on July 21 for being a public nuisance.
