Fulton police stop would-be robbers wielding a knife

Two people are now facing charges after being arrested for attempting to rob a Fulton business.

Police say it happened just before 2 a.m. Sunday. While police were investigating suspicious activity they discovered the suspects involved were in the process of attempting to rob a local business with a knife.

Officers were able to stop it before it happened.

Police took Michael Arnold, 28, and Ash Short, 17, into custody for attempted robbery.

The investigation continues.
