Trial postponed for man accused in Tre’veon Marshall murder

One man accused in the murder of 17-year-old Tre’veon Marshall appeared in Boone County Court Friday for a pretrial hearing.

Nicholas Raheem Thomas is charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action for the July 2013 killing in Columbia’s McKee Park.

Boone County Assistant Prosecutor Tracy Gonzalez confirmed to ABC 17 News Friday evening that the trial will be postponed.

The trial was scheduled to begin April 2nd and no court date has been set.
