Columbia trains bus drivers on new routes

Buses were busy in Columbia on Sunday, but not shuttling people from place to place.

The city has been training bus drivers on the new routes approved in February.

Instead of basing the system’s hub at Wabash Station downtown, buses will make more frequent stops in neighborhoods.

Thew new CoMo Connect system starts this summer. The city said to expect to see more training buses on the streets in the upcoming months.
