Boone County deputies seize meth and firearms

Deputies with the Boone County Sheriff’s Department seized drugs and firearms during a search warrant.

Deputies served the warrant in the 4500 block of O’Neal Road, north of Columbia, around 9:30 a.m. Friday.

In the home, law enforcement found firearms, meth, scales, packaging materials and drug paraphernalia.

Authorities said the residents of the home were not there during the search, but deputies do know who the suspects are and expect to make arrests in the case.
