JC Planning and Zoning approves Sam’s Club

Thursday night Jefferson City Planning and Zoning commissioners approved plans for a new Sam’s Club to be built on Stoneridge Parkway just south of Kohl’s.

The store will be 136,000 square feet.

Stoneridge Parkway will be extended to Hard Rock Road, where a roundabout will be built.

The proposal is now being sent on to the full council for approval.

A public hearing will be held at the council meeting on October 21st.
