South Columbia home damaged in fire
Investigators are looking into a house fire on Dunbar Drive Friday morning.
Around 2:15 a.m. firefighters were called out to the 1300 block of Dunbar Drive. Crews arrived and found a fire in the basement.
They originally thought someone was trapped inside, but after searching they did not find anyone.
Three people live in the home. Two of them made it out safely, and officials have not been able to contact the third person who lives in the basement.
No word on what started the fire. The fire caused moderate damage, estimated at about $20,000.
