Fulton man hospitalized after Saturday motorcycle accident
A Fulton man was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Saturday morning in Cooper County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed that 54-year-old Donald Downey ran off the left side of the road off Missouri 5, five miles south of Boonville.
The motorcycle overturned, throwing Downey off the bike.
Downey was taken by ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia.
University Hospital said Downey was in fair condition.
