Centertown woman hurt in motorcycle crash
A Centertown woman was thrown from her motorcycle Sunday afternoon on U.S. 54 in Callaway County.
Heather Slusser, 34, was traveling eastbound when the motorcycle went off the road. She was in fair condition Sunday night.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said in a report that Slusser than overcorrected, went off the other side of the road, overcorrected a second time and hit a ditch.
Slusser was taken by ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia just before 4 p.m.
