Brandon Chase in court for hearing
A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday to set a date for Brandon Chase’s retrial on murder charges. Chase has been charged in the 2012 shooting death of Keith Mosely. A judge declared a mistrial in early March after jurors split on the verdict.
Chase is also charged with robbery related to Mosely’s death, which Jefferson City police said happened because of a drug deal gone bad. In the original trial, Chase claimed he didn’t know other suspects planned to rob Mosely.
