Man Pleads Guilty in Baby Death
A Mid-Missouri man pleaded guilty Monday after a baby was found dead in Holts Summit last June.Bryan Sartor could get 21 years in prison for his part in the death of 9-month-old Kyson Weathers. The boy was found blue and unresponsive. Police say Sartor and his girlfriend Megan Ayers admitted to using meth and checking on the baby 11 hours after putting him to bed.Ayers already pleaded guilty in December to the same charges – two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of possessing meth.Ayers was sentenced to five years, but could be released on probation after serving 120 days, pending approval from a judge.
