2/7: Thursday’s Rain Tracker

Rain is likely Thursday as a cold front moves across Missouri. A few light showers are possible in the early morning hours with increasing rain from mid-morning through mid-afternoon. A few thunderstorms are possible, mainly south of I-70 with some brief heavy downpours possible. Most areas will receive .30″ to .50″ of rain with slightly higher amounts possible near the Lake of the Ozarks. The rain will move east of HWY 63 by mid-afternoon and out of the area by evening as cooler, drier air moves in.
