Trial Delayed in Deadly Crash

A trial is on hold for the man accused in a deadly 2011 crash.Earl Hutcherson appeared in court on Monday and filed for the delay. A new date has not been set.Hutcherson allegedly hit and killed Edward Taggart and Gilbert Love on I-70 in Columbia. One of them ran out of gas, and they were using a gas can to refill the vehicle at the time of the accident.Police think Hutcherson’s blood alcohol was twice the legal limit.
