Tracking a Nice Weekend, but A Wet Start to the Week

Tonight: Mostly Clear skies lead to temperatures cooling and bottoming out at 40.

Tomorrow: Mostly sunny skies help warm up our temperatures topping out in the mid-60s. As we get later into the afternoon, clouds slowly start to push in from the west leaving us partly cloudy overnight.

Extended: Monday our next low pressure system moves in from the northwest. Mid-afternoon on Monday we increasingly become more cloudy. Monday Evening rain moves into the area and will stay with us until Tuesday afternoon. The south/ southwesterly flowing winds will allow for us to keep our highs in the lower 60's but by Wednesday the cold front has passed through and we only top out in the lower 50's. We have a few possibilities to see some rain Wednesday afternoon, but most of the rain should remain south of Central Missouri. The rest of the week we begin to gradually warm up with clouds beginning to clear east.
