1/23: Briefly Thawing Out

After a couple days of sub-freezing temperatures, we’ll climb above freezing Wednesday afternoon under mostly sunny skies. The morning will be very cold and crisp, starting off in the mid teens but by afternoon temperatures will climb to the upper 30s and lower 40s under mostly sunny skies and light winds.The 30 year average low in Columbia for January 23rd is 21 and the average high is 39.
