Winter weather closes Route H in Ralls County

The Missouri Department of Transportation announced Sunday afternoon that Route H in Ralls county is closed due to winter weather.

"MoDOT and the Missouri State Highway Patrol closed the road to traffic because of its curvy and hilly terrain," the department said in a news release.

Public safety agencies recommend staying off the roads, if possible.

"Road conditions will continue to be a concern over the next 24 hours, and motorists are discouraged from unnecessary travel," MoDOT said in a news release.
