St. Louis Rep. Bush speaks out against Rep. Taylor Greene

WASHINGTON, D.C. (KMIZ)

U.S. Rep Cori Bush (D-Mo) took to the congressional floor Thursday to speak out against Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-GA) when the House of Representatives discussed removing Green from the House Education and Labor Committee and the House Budget Committee

Bush said on the House floor, "I cannot sit idly by and allow white supremacy and hatred to have decision making power over our students."

Less than a week ago, Bush and Green got into an exchange over masks causing Bush to want to move her office away from Green's.

The House of Representatives voted to remove Green just before 6 p.m. Thursday.
