Mizzou snaps a two-game losing skid with win over Florida

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou women's basketball team got back in the win column with a 61-58 win over the Florida Gators on Thursday night.

The game got off to a slow start for both teams, with nothing on the board until about four minutes into it.

Tiger forward Ladazhia Williams was the first to get points on the board for Mizzou and she also finished with the team-high 16 points.

Aijha Blackwell finished right behind her with another double-double, as she had 14 points and 16 rebounds.

Up next - Mizzou will make the trip to Lexington to meet the No. 15 Kentucky Wildcats.
