Lane closures expected during culvert pipe replacement on Route 179

MONITEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

MoDOT is warning drivers of Moniteau County that Missouri Route 179 lanes will be closed for the replacement of a culvert pipe and ditch cleaning operations over the next two weeks.

MoDOT crews will close one lane of Route 179 between Bacon Bridge Road and Factory Creek Road from Monday, January 25 until Friday, February 5. The work will take place from 7:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. each day.

Flaggers will be in place to guide motorists through the work zone. Drivers are advised to seek an alternate route around the work area or expect minor delays.
