Mizzou ends COVID-19 layoff with a win over Texas A&M

COLUMBIA, Mo (KMIZ)

The Mizzou men's basketball team improved to 8-2 with a 68-52 win over Texas A&M on Saturday.

Jeremiah Tilmon put an exclamation point on the victory for the Tigers, as he finished the day with a team-high 14 points and 10 rebounds. Most notably, the senior big only put up one foul in a season-high 33 minutes of play.

Mizzou went into halftime with just a three point lead, however, after the break the Tiger offense came alive, going about 53 percent from the field.

Up next - The Tigers will host South Carolina at Mizzou Arena on Jan. 19.
