Alabama man charged with kidnapping and rape after August incident involving Mexico teen

An Alabama man is charged with kidnapping, two counts of statutory rape and statutory sodomy after an August incident involving a Mexico teen later found in Alabama.
According to court documents, a 13-year-old victim was reported missing in Mexico, Mo. and then located in Limestone County Alabama.
According to court documents, Bailey Coggins told a sheriff's deputy he had had consensual sex with the victim in Mexico.
No bond was given to Coggins.
