Mizzou men’s basketball returns to practice after COVID-19 hiatus
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
The No. 17 Mizzou men's basketball team returned to practice on Wednesday after almost a week in quarantine.
A Mizzou spokesperson said there are no new COVID-19 cases as of now. That means MU is on track to play its next scheduled game on Saturday. The Tigers will travel to College Station to take on Texas A&M at noon.
MU initially paused its team activities this past Friday. The Tigers had to postpone their home games against LSU and Vanderbilt due to COVID-19 concerns. These two matchups have not been rescheduled as of yet.
We'll get the chance to speak with head coach Cuonzo Martin on Thursday for his regularly scheduled media availability.
The Tigers are 7-2 overall and 1-2 in SEC play.
