Tracking a pleasant day

WEDNESDAY: Another gorgeous afternoon taking shape today! We’ll pick up some clouds as we go throughout the day, but nothing that will keep us out of the upper 50’s. Our breeze out of the southwest will get up around 20 mph at times.

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy skies will remain throughout the night. Lows will settle down in the middle 30’s.

EXTENDED: Clouds will increase early on ahead of our next chance of rain Thursday. Most of these showers will be along a quick-moving front moving through in the morning. Behind those showers, temperatures will hold steady in the mid to upper 40’s as winds pick up. A northwest breeze gusting at times around 30 mph will stick with us throughout the night and into Friday. Another disturbance will move through as colder air returns to close out the week. Temperatures will hold in the 30’s so anything falling looks like it’ll be snow, but appears light. A dusting will be possible north of HWY 50, but that looks to be about it. We’ll be stuck in the cold Saturday with highs near freezing, warming into the upper 30’s Sunday. We get back into the low 40’s to start next week.
