Columbia Police investigate possible shooting near 1400 block of Sylvan
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
A large police presence was investigating after shots were fired in the 1400 block of Sylvan.
An ABC 17 News crew on scene reported crime scene tape up by police.
The crew also saw evidence markers on the road and found a shell casing in the area.
Officials shut down Sylvan Lane from Clark Lane to Hendrix Dr. for a short time.
Officers were also searching the area with flashlights and speaking with neighbors.
It is not clear if there was any property damage.
