COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Columbia police say two homes on Bodie Drive were damaged in a shooting early Saturday morning.

A release from the police department sent out Monday morning said officers responded to the 1400 block of Bodie around 12:30 a.m. and found several shell casings at the scene.

An ABC 17 News crew at the scene said officers placed evidence markers around the areas and that a bullet went through a bedroom at one of the residences damaged.

Police say no people reported being injured in the shooting. The release did not provide any suspect information.
