Governor Parson Appoints Judge Kelly C. Broniec to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)
Gov. Mike Parson appointed Judge Kelly C. Broniec to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
Judge Broniec will succeed Judge Roy L. Richter who retired in July.
Judge Broniec holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from William Woods University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
"She will work with the circuit judge to plan an effective resignation date," Governor's office posted to social media. "She hasn't notified our office of when she will resign from the AC position and take the oath of office for the Court of Appeals position."
