“Food Truck” style trailer fire Saturday destroyed in Mexico
MEXICO, Mo. (KMIZ)
Mexico Public Safety Department responded Saturday afternoon to a "food truck" style trailer on fire in the area of W Love and Wade Street.
Firefighters reported finding the trailer on fire in a private driveway and reporting the fire had spread to the house, melting the siding of another nearby house. The fire had also caused an overhead electric line to fall.
Crews extinguished the fire but the trailer was destroyed and the fire burned through the roof of the home.
According to crews on scene, the owner was cleaning out the trailer earlier in the day.
There were no injuries from the incident.
