Tracking rain and a few snow showers Thursday into Friday

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with a few showers moving in late. Lows in the upper 30s.

TOMORROW: Showers likely. Snow showers possible north of Highway 24, especially by evening. Little no accumulation is expected. Highs in the low 50s.

EXTENDED: Rain and snow comes to an end early on Friday, leaving potentially a dusting of snow for areas north of Highway 24. Friday is chilly in the wake of the front, with highs only making it to the mid-40s. Over the weekend, high pressure settles in overhead, giving us a shot at frost on Saturday morning with temperatures starting out near freezing. Thankfully we get back to near normal over the weekend with highs in the 60s and a mostly dry couple of days. A few showers are possible late Saturday night into Sunday, but this will go largely unnoticed. Next week starts off quiet and warm, but a mid-week disturbance could bring our next round of showers and thunderstorms by Tuesday night into Wednesday.
