Waves of storms Sunday, marginal severe risk

TONIGHT: Isolated storms are possible overnight. More widespread activity will develop closer towards sunrise. Lows drop into the mid 50s.

SUNDAY: Rain and storms are possible in the morning with a brief lull expected around lunch time. A line of storms is expected to develop Sunday evening which could bring strong wind gusts or small hail. Highs will rise into the 60s.

EXTENDED: A strong cold front will sweep through mid-Missouri Sunday night bringing much colder air Monday morning. Temperatures will fall into the upper 20s and low 30s. Cooler than normal weather will continue for much of the week. Quick hitting rain and snow showers will be possible too. No major impacts are expected.
