The league officially canceled this season’s London Series, set to take place between the Cardinals and Cubs, on Wednesday. There is currently no timetable for the MLB season to start in any capacity.
  • Watkins’ restructured contract will allow Chiefs to sign draft class: Kansas City Chiefs’ wide receiver Sammy Watkins agreed to restructure his contract, creating $5 million in available cap space for the Chiefs. This new cap space will allow the team to sign its draft picks after this month’s NFL Draft. Kansas City had just $177 in available cap space before the restructured contract.
