Tracking comfortable temps and sunshine

THIS AFTERNOON: Mostly sunny and milder, with highs in the low 80s.

TONIGHT: Clear, with lows falling to the mid-60s.

EXTENDED: Milder weather continues tomorrow, but temperatures will rise to the upper 80s ahead of rain chances in the late afternoon or evening. Chances for showers and thunderstorms increase Tuesday night into Wednesday, with a low risk of flooding during the morning commute on Wednesday. Scattered rain may linger throughout Wednesday into early Thursday, bringing up to an inch of rainfall in some areas. We'll see drier weather again late week, and mild temperatures in the 80s look to stick around for the weekend.
