Tracking PM storms tonight, but a beautiful end to our holiday weekend

TONIGHT: Expecting scattered storms north of I-70 in the early evening, before a more organized system to our south impacts late tonight. No severe threat with these storms, but expect some heavy rain with thunder and lightning. Temperatures dropping to the upper 50s overnight.

TOMORROW: A beautiful and dry Sunday is in store for us tomorrow, plenty of sunshine among some scattered clouds and temperatures in upper 70s to low 80s.

EXTENDED: Our Memorial Day looks to be another great day, more sunshine expected along with some light clouds, temperatures again reaching the low 80s. We will see rain returning on Tuesday afternoon, with isolated pockets of some heavier rain and maybe a few rumbles of thunder. A rain chance is in the cards for Wednesday, though timing and location is a bit uncertain at the moment, so make sure you have a rain jacket or an umbrella handy. We could see more scattered storms Thursday night lingering into Friday morning, though Friday afternoon looks dry and warm. Expect temperatures to remain in the upper 70s to low 80s for this week.
