Tracking a muggy Sunday, storm chances Monday

TONIGHT: Expect clouds to increase this evening which will keep temperatures mild, only dropping to the mid 60s overnight.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny skies but quite muggy with temperatures increasing to the upper 80s. Heat indexes could jump into the 90s with the humidity.

EXTENDED: A Weather Alert Day has been issued for Monday for the possibility of thunderstorms late Monday night into early Tuesday morning. While the prime risk is mostly isolated to areas northwest of the viewing area, the potential for strong winds and hail is certainly possible. Moving into Tuesday, expect temperatures in the lower 80s, dropping to the upper 60s on Wednesday with a passing cold front. Sky conditions will remain partly cloudy throughout the week, with a rebound in temperatures starting Friday and moving into next weekend, where we'll get back into the low 80s.
