Tracking a blustery afternoon, rain returning tomorrow

THIS AFTERNOON: Sunny and breezy, with highs in the upper 60s and southerly winds at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts up to 25 mph.

TONIGHT: Increasing clouds, with temperatures falling into the 50s after sunset, and lows dropping to the upper 40s.

EXTENDED: A cold front will bring a round of showers and afternoon thunderstorms on Friday, and isolated hail and high winds are possible south of I-70. Temperatures remain warm through the rain in the 60s and 70s. We're dry again on Saturday, which will be the best day of the weekend to take mom outside, with highs around 80 degrees and lots of sunshine. Rain chances return Saturday night, with a few rumbles of thunder possible, and light showers will continue into Mother's Day morning. We may see dry time by Sunday afternoon, with cooler temperatures in the 60s.
