Tracking cooler weather sticking around before a noticeable warmup

TODAY: I'm tracking sunshine gradually becoming more noticeable throughout the afternoon hours as temperatures warm into the upper 30s and low 40s. Winds will be out of the northeast at 5-10 mph throughout the day.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking clouds making a return throughout the night as temperatures drop into the mid-20s. Winds will continue to be out of the northeast at 5-10 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking clouds throughout the morning hours of Friday gradually falling apart throughout the afternoon hours, leading to temperatures once again warming into the low 40s. This seasonable weather will last throughout Sunday morning before warmer weather begins to arrive. By Sunday afternoon, temperatures will warm into the mid-40s, and by Monday, low 60s can be expected. This will happen because of sunshine and breezy southerly winds. This warmer than average weather will stick around for the first half of next week.
