Tracking well above average temperatures through the weekend

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and warm with lows in the lower 60s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy with highs in the upper 80s.

EXTENDED: We'll see broken clouds with mainly clear skies overnight, with a light south breeze keeping lows in the lower to mid-60s. We'll be hotter tomorrow and Friday with highs in the upper 80s, which is almost 15 degrees warmer than normal. The weekend is still looking quiet as the upper high pressure system tries to move a bit farther east. We'll be in the mid-upper 80s during the day with lows in the lower 60s. Next week, a slow moving cold front moves in from the northwest, bringing more clouds and a shot at a few showers between late Monday night and Wednesday. We'll briefly cool from this with less than 0.25" of rain expected. With a high pressure system to our north, we'll see a slight cool down into the 70s, with perhaps another shot at rain at the end of next week.
