Spring forward into rain chances

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy with lows in the low 40's. A southerly breeze will persist throughout the night at about 10-15 mph.

TOMORROW: Warmth continues with high temperatures near 70 degrees across mid-Missouri. Clouds will stay out of the area until late Sunday night, but then the first of many rain chances for this week is presented.

EXTENDED:  Rain will start as early as midnight heading into Monday along with a cold front. The rain will become widespread throughout the day, and we could see the possibility of some thunderstorm development throughout the afternoon. The rain should end early Tuesday morning, leaving us with about an inch of accumulation. Tuesday looks mostly dry during the day, but rain chances move back in overnight. Temperatures stay comfortable all week, but rain chances also stick around through next weekend.
