Tracking scattered showers and storms overnight, fog by Wednesday morning

TONIGHT: Scattered showers and a few storms with lows in the lower to mid-60s. Patchy fog developing by morning.

TOMORROW: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers and storms. Highs in in the lower 70s.

EXTENDED: Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms continue into this evening as low pressure slowly works across the region. With damp ground and light winds, patchy fog could develop by daybreak and continue through late morning. Coverage of rain and storms will be a bit more limited on Wednesday, but clouds look to hold and keep temperatures around 70 degrees. We'll see gradual clearing Wednesday night into Thursday, leaving us with gorgeous weather on Thursday afternoon with highs in the upper 70s and sunshine. High pressure moves in overhead to close out the week and sticks around for the weekend, sending high temperatures into the low 80s through early next week.
